Shipping Policy
The following terms and conditions constitute our shipping policy.
Domestic shipping policy
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
In the event of high volume of orders or coffee equipment that needs to be ordered from the supplier, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping option
Standard economy, Estimated delivery time 3-5 days, Shipment cost R 85,00
*All orders over R600 include free shipping.
*The estimated delivery time does not include the processing time.
*Please note we only ship to physical addresses as we ship via courier, no P.O. Box accepted.
*In store pick up can also be selected as a shipping option.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Simo’s Coffee Roastery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. We will assess the claim for damaged goods before a refund can be given.
