Simo’s Coffee Roastery is a gourmet coffee roastery situated at Karoo Square in Lynnwood road in the eastern side of Pretoria. Simo’s has been in operation since 2013. Our speciality is the roasting of coffee beans. We roast on demand to ensure fresh and excellent quality coffee.
All of our coffee beans are 100% Arabica beans. We use different varieties of Arabica beans such as Bourbon, Catuai, Mundo Novo, Tipica, Caturra and Heirloom. Our beans are sourced from eight different countries. We have a full body decaffeinated coffee from Colombia as well as an organic coffee from Honduras
We are also the proud owners of a small coffee shop, where customers can sit, relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Simo’s strive to provide excellent service to our customers and our goal is to build long lasting relationships with our clients.
We currently roast with a 15kg Has Garanti manual roaster. We prefer this method since we are fully invested in the fine art of coffee roasting. We strive to grow and expand with the coffee industry. We love to learn from our competition and experts in the field of roasting.
